How do I book a space? Booking
Go to the Book page, choose General Space or Private Space, select your date (and package if General), then complete payment.
When do I receive my booking code? Check-in
Your booking code (and QR) is generated immediately after successful payment and shown on the confirmation page. It’s also sent to your email (when email is enabled).
What is the General Workstation (4-in-1)? General
It’s a shared workstation with a maximum capacity of 4 people at a time. You book access (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) and check in with your code at the front desk.
How does Private Space booking work? Private
Private spaces are booked exclusively per day. You choose a date, then select P01 or P02. If a private space is already booked for that date, it becomes unavailable.
How do I check in when I arrive? Check-in
Present your booking code (or QR code) at the front desk. Staff will verify your booking and check you in.
Can I share my booking code with someone else? Policy
No. A booking code is unique to one booking and is used for verification at the front desk. Sharing codes can lead to access issues.
What happens if I don’t receive my email confirmation? Booking
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact support and we’ll help verify your booking. (The confirmation page also shows your code immediately after payment.)
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? Policy
This depends on the ZöD Hub refund/reschedule policy. Cancellations and rescheduling depend on your booking type and timing. Contact support as early as possible for help.
Do you offer refunds? Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are handled case-by-case depending on timing and availability. Contact support to request assistance.
Which option should I choose: General or Private? Help
Choose General if you want affordable shared access and flexible packages. Choose Private if you need quiet, dedicated space for calls, meetings, or deep work.
What do I need to bring? Policy
Bring your laptop/work materials and your booking code (or QR). If you have any special needs, contact us in advance.
What if I arrive late? Check-in
Your booking remains valid on your booking date. If you expect significant delays or need changes, contact support (if rescheduling is allowed).
